The European Union (Adjustments of Size Criteria for Certain Companies and Groups) Regulations 2024 was signed into law and the legislation comes into effect from 1 July 2024. This will apply to company financial years beginning on or after 1/1/2024 and companies may elect to apply the new measures on or after 1 January 2023.
