The update reflects changes to the Help-to-Buy scheme to enhance its compatibility with the Local Authority Affordable Purchase scheme.
The changes were announced in Budget 2024 and effective from 11 October 2023.
The changes apply to those applicants availing of the Local Authority Affordable Purchase scheme, who have signed a purchase contract on or after 11 October 2023.
